Julie Mitchelmore is VP Product and Commercial Partnerships and Regional Director for MENA at Hearst Networks EMEA, where she leads streaming, product and affiliate commercial strategy across EMEA and MENA.

A strategic commercial and product leader with more than 20 years’ experience across media, streaming and platform distribution, Mitchelmore works at the intersection of product, partnerships and monetisation. She oversees streaming and affiliate revenue strategy across 80+ partners, including major platform operators, while holding full commercial ownership for MENA.

Over the past year, she has continued to scale Hearst Networks’ digital and streaming portfolio, broadening distribution to 14 platforms while strengthening monetisation across advertising-funded, direct-to-consumer and partner-led services. She has also evolved the BLAZE app through dynamic ad replacement and new channel integrations, improving both revenue potential and partner readiness.

Mitchelmore previously drove Hearst Networks EMEA’s digital transformation across SVOD, AVOD, FAST and DTC, launching five FAST channels and the UK’s first true crime DTC streaming app, Crime+Investigation Play. Her leadership has delivered measurable gains in subscription revenue, advertising growth, platform distribution and operational efficiency.

Before joining Hearst Networks, she spent 18 years at Sky, where she helped bring major consumer products and platform experiences to market, including Sky Q, Sky Kids and NOW TV.
