Hannah Barlow is a media multi-hyphenate and commercial leader, currently heading up YouTube and Social Sales commercial strategy at Channel 4. Known for her varied leadership roles across both ITV and Channel 4, she has led teams spanning social, digital, programmatic and partnerships – creating new commercial models to drive growth across the rapidly evolving landscape between TV and digital.
Prior to joining Channel 4 in July 2025, Barlow was part of ITV’s commercial leadership team, where she was Social & Digital Partnerships Controller. In this role, she built an award-winning Social Branded Entertainment team, oversaw digital sponsorships, and drove both innovation and new revenue opportunities across the business.
Previously, she was ITV’s Deputy Controller of Advanced Advertising, playing a key role in launching AdLabs, ITV’s innovation hub for advertisers, and supporting the rollout and adoption of Planet V, ITV’s self-service programmatic platform.
Barlow is known for her ability to bridge the worlds of television and digital, helping broadcasters (and advertisers) navigate change and unlock new growth opportunities in an increasingly platform-led ecosystem.
