Orf Warr is responsible for leading the Technology team, setting the team’s strategic direction and driving the technical development and operation of Everyone TV’s consumer-facing products including Freeview, Freesat and the new streaming service Freely, which launched in 2024.

Prior to Everyone TV, Warr served as the CTO at Channel 4, with responsibility for a range of functions encompassing Broadcast and IT Strategy and Services. During his time at Channel 4, he was instrumental in the design and launch of a number of industry-leading innovations, including the world’s first broadcaster VOD platform, All4 (formerly 4oD), and the channel’s market-leading move into ‘big data’ processing and personalisation. 

Warr has also acted as a Board Director for the DPP and a DTG (Digital Television Group) Council member, and continues to chair the DTG’s Technology Steering Group.
