Tim Sewell has been CEO of Yospace since 2002. Under his leadership, the company has grown from being a provider of user-generated content platforms for mobile (pre-dating YouTube), to its current position as the foremost provider of dynamic ad insertion (DAI) technology in the world today.
Tim played a pivotal role in the widespread adoption of DAI as the de facto advertising method in video streaming. He led Yospace to achieve first-to-market status with the technology and drove its subsequent adoption by tier-1 broadcasters across the world. With the streaming industry now in the mainstream, Tim continues to provide leadership as we scale to an all-IP future. In March 2026, Yospace stitched a record 11.6bn one-to-one addressable advertisements – a feat that is set to be beaten during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
