ICMYI here are all the videos from OTTQTL 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Why Attend?

OTT Question Time Live is the industry’s most collaborative streaming conference. Each January, senior leaders from across commercial, content, product, operations, strategy, technology and, increasingly, AI, come together to share ideas, compare notes, and shape the future of on-demand and linear TV.

01

We’re all about conversations and debates rather than presentations. This means we can deep dive into our speaker’s news, goals, methodologies, and ultimately, how they get things done.

02

Our speakers regard our conference as a safe space where they can discuss their successes and challenges. We recognise that everyone in this industry is a pioneer, imagining and building the future almost from scratch.

03

You’ll hear different perspectives: from global streamers and PSBs to tech and AI innovators, product leads, marketers, mavens, monetisers, accessibility experts, windowing strategists and ops teams.

04

You’ll also hear from our brilliant sponsors: specialists who’ve analysed the glass-to-glass process and helped shape the streaming experiences we all use. They bring deep expertise, fresh ideas, and real-world solutions.

05

We do networking organically! At OTTQTL you’ll see our speakers and audience talking and mingling together. It’s a passionate crowd solving real-world problems.

06

Our theme for OTTQTL26 is Going Vertical – see below. As usual, we’ll also cover evergreen topics like engagement, monetisation, content, product, AI and tech.

The point of OTT Question Time Live is simple: what can we learn from each other?

Conference Format & Theme

Format

OTT Question Time Live will have 26 sessions across two days: 16 fireside chats / presentations and 10 panels. For the first time, some of those panels will bring together senior execs from different companies who ostensibly work in similar roles e.g. the CTOs, the Marketing Leaders etc.

Why? Because this format highlights both the common challenges they face, and the distinct strategies and priorities that inform the solutions they deploy.

Theme

The theme of this year’s event is Going Vertical which speaks to three intersecting dynamics:

#1) Vertical content formats including the industry buzz around micro (or vertical) dramas, the market for which is forecast to grow to $36bn by 2027 (making it bigger than FAST);

#2) The way streamers are segmenting audiences to drive engagement and revenue;

#3) And our vertical panels-by-role, which places our speakers side by side in conversation.

Speaker & Sponsor Testimonials

I love how you have created an event which is inspiring, thought provoking, and above all collaborative – there is a real feeling that everyone is a participant in an exciting big conversation, with something to learn and contribute.
