    Originally from the West Coast of the U.S., Kelsey Farish is a London-based solicitor with a practice spanning the UK, Europe and California. She specialises in the legal and responsible use of AI in audiovisual media, advising on everything from licensing strategies to digital rights protection.

    Leena Patel is Senior Distribution & Partnerships Lead at Channel 4, where she plays a central role in delivering the broadcaster’s FAST FORWARD strategy.

    She led the launch of Freely and Channel 4’s first IP-only (FAST) channels, milestone achievements that reflect her commitment to ensuring audiences can access Channel 4 content wherever they choose to watch.

    Patel’s work supports Channel 4’s corporate objectives by building sustainable, insight-led partnerships and driving digital growth, revenue diversification, and operational efficiency. She manages strategic relationships with global tech giants, PSB joint ventures (Everyone TV, YouView), and emerging platforms to maintain Channel 4’s prominence across all screens.

    Prior to Channel 4, Patel held senior roles at the BBC and leading TV platforms, where she led commercial partnerships, content syndication, and digital transformation. She is recognised for her strategic foresight, collaborative leadership, and ability to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives in a rapidly evolving media landscape.

But enjoying sport is more than watching the game and so DAZN is building the ultimate sports destination where fans can not only access all the content they want but place bets and play games, buy merchandise and tickets, chat with fellow fans and join communities, all in a single app, using account and wallet. 

    Parmenter, the EVP of Business Development & Partnerships at DAZN, is responsible for the creation and negotiation of new distribution agreements and for growing existing partner businesses. He works with App stores, Telcos, OEMs, Gaming Consoles, Retailers, Cable Broadcasters and Social Platforms to grow DAZN’s visibility and accessibility to customers around the world. 

    Parmenter’s past experiences include work across the music (EMI Records) and gaming (Electronic Arts) industries. Peter was previously a Non-Executive Director of Perform Group.

    Richard Lindsay-Davies

    Digital TV Group

    Richard Lindsay-Davies continues to shape the UK’s television ecosystem through visionary leadership, policy influence, and technical expertise. 

    Appointed by the UK Government to chair the Future of UK Television Infrastructure Working Group, Lindsay-Davies is leading national efforts to develop a resilient, inclusive, and future-proof distribution model for TV. His work directly influences how content is accessed across the UK, balancing innovation with universality.

    In addition, Lindsay-Davies is spearheading critical usability research for Ofcom, focusing on IPTV and ensuring that all audiences – including the most vulnerable and least digitally-savvy – can navigate and access live and on-demand services with confidence. This user-centric approach is essential as the UK transitions towards IP-delivered television.

    His leadership at the DTG continues to drive collaboration across the industry, aligning broadcasters, streamers, platforms, manufacturers, and regulators. In recognition of his enduring impact, Lindsay-Davies was named RTS Leader of the Year in 2024, underscoring his role as a unifying and forward-thinking voice in the sector.

    Lindsay-Davies influence is strategic and far-reaching – helping to shape not just what we watch, but how we access and experience it. His continued leadership is instrumental in ensuring the UK remains at the forefront of television innovation.

    Kasia Jablonska

    Director of Digital and On-Demand for EMEA

    BBC Studios

    A senior industry executive with over 20 years’ experience in content monetization, commercial and editorial strategies, Kasia Jablonska has collaborated with leading media companies, online and cloud-based service providers.

    Starting her journey at NatGeo/Fox, she served as Regional Director, overseeing P&L for Fox channels in CEE. She then progressed her career with roles at NBC Universal, A+E Networks, Scripps/Discovery and Endemol Shine Group before joining BBC Studios, where she currently operates in EMEA markets. She spearheaded the digital monetisation strategy for production studios’ catalogues, driving a transition from single to multi-screen exploitation for pay TV providers. She also led the development of the global FAST portfolio and Amazon’s PVD business at Endemol Shine, initiatives that reshaped how content is distributed and monetised.

    As the Director of Digital and On-Demand for EMEA at BBC Studios, Jablonska is responsible for developing, executing, and bolstering strategic plans aimed at expanding digital revenue streams, innovating new digital products, and optimizing audience engagement on various digital platforms across EMEA.

    His leadership has driven key partnerships with major OEMs and retailers, accelerating the deployment of TiVo OS – a platform that champions content discovery and user simplicity over app-centric fragmentation. Cosgrave’s efforts have not only boosted TiVo’s visibility in the UK but have also contributed to a broader shift in the VOD and streaming landscape, offering a compelling alternative to incumbent smart TV ecosystems.

    His work continues to influence how content is surfaced, monetised, and consumed, making him a standout figure in the evolution of next-gen entertainment platforms.

    Carli Kerr

    Carli Kerr is a highly respected marketing expert and commercial leader with a distinguished career at Sky, where she has been an integral part of the business since 2008. Over the years, she has become one of the company’s most accomplished and experienced leaders.

    In 2019, Kerr was appointed Managing Director of Content Products, where she successfully unified several teams to establish a centre of excellence for all things content, spanning marketing, commercial, product, and propositions. In July, she was promoted to Managing Director of both NOW and Sky Content, overseeing the integration of two dynamic content teams.

    Leah Hooper Rosa

    Leah Hooper Rosa leads WBD’s streaming business in Europe, Middle East, and Africa where she is responsible for the operations and growth of HBO Max in the company’s biggest international streaming market.

    Following a comprehensive European wide rollout of the new service, HBO Max is now available in over 30 countries across the continent including major economies Spain, France, Poland, Turkey, Sweden, Netherlands and across Central and Eastern Europe. Further HBO Max launches are planned for the EMEA region including in three of Europe’s biggest economies Germany, Italy and the UK in 2026. 

    The globalisation of HBO Max is well under way with WBD’s streaming service now available in nearly 100 markets worldwide. HBO Max has over 122 million global subscribers after adding 22.6 million in just 12 months with international markets powering its growth and Europe its fastest growing region.   

    Hooper Rosa joined Discovery in 2015 where she worked on business development including digital revenue growth and scaling of Dplay, its first streaming product, in the Nordics. She rose quickly through the ranks to become SVP Global DTC Strategy and played a leadership role in the launches of discovery+ in regions including India, Europe, and the U.S. 

    Previously Hooper Rosa was at Foxtel in Australia over a seven-year period, rising to Head of Strategy, Content where she developed the company’s content strategy and investment portfolio. Leah began her career as a Researcher for Seven Network and the Australia Broadcasting Corporation. 

    Hooper Rosa has an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney where she also gained a Bachelor of Business and Arts degree in International Studies, Marketing and Italian.

    Kieran Bresnan

    With over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale OTT and digital platforms for global sports, media, and entertainment brands, Kieran Bresnan has played a key architectural role in the successful launch and long-term growth of high-profile services for BritBox, Dyn Media, ICC, Rogers Sportsnet, and DRTV.

    He leads Deltatre’s solution architecture and integration strategy, covering cloud-native design, modular product deployment, and seamless third-party integration across CDNs, identity, and billing systems. He has been instrumental in evolving Deltatre’s core platforms into scalable, productised solutions that accelerate time to market and reduce operational complexity. He has authored technical content on personalised streaming architectures and how platforms can scale to millions of concurrent users for key live events.

    Bresnan combines deep technical insight with commercial pragmatism, helping broadcasters and rights holders rapidly evolve their digital platforms.
