Andrew Georgiou
President & Managing Director
Warner Bros Discovery UK & Ireland Sports Europe
As President and Managing Director for Warner Bros. Discovery UK & Ireland, Andrew Georgiou leads the company’s operations across the region. This includes oversight of a broad portfolio of TV brands—Discovery, TLC, Quest, Quest Red, Really, Cartoon Network, Eurosport, and the recently launched TNT Sports—as well as the streaming platform discovery+. He is also responsible for consumer products, home entertainment, TV licensing, digital distribution, and affiliate sales in the UK and Ireland, and supports the local Warner Bros. theatrical business.
Georgiou also oversees WBD Sports’ properties across Europe, including Eurosport, TNT Sports in the UK & Ireland, and the Olympic Games. In addition, he leads the organisation’s events management and promotion division.
He joined Warner Bros. Discovery in 2019 from Lagardère Sports and Entertainment, where he served as CEO. He is a board member of Sports United Against Dementia, an initiative of the Alzheimer’s Society in the UK, supporting awareness, research funding, and care for those living with dementia.

Julie Mitchelmore is VP Product and Commercial Partnerships and Regional Director for MENA at Hearst Networks EMEA.
With over a decade in senior executive leadership, she has a proven track record in driving strategic growth, launching innovative products, and forging impactful commercial partnerships across the digital video landscape.
Julie leads Hearst Network’s streaming products and successful FAST channel portfolio and has spearheaded the launch of brands such as Crime+Investigation Play and HISTORY Play on Amazon, Apple TV Channels, and YouTube’s Primetime Channels.
Her commercial acumen has been central to securing distribution deals and growing revenue across multiple markets; most recently announcing that its direct-to-consumer streaming service, Crime+Investigation Play, is now available to Vodafone Pay Monthly mobile customers with an exclusive free offer.
Prior to Hearst Networks, Julie spent 18 years at Sky, where she played a key role in bringing major platforms like Sky Q and NOW TV to market.

Tushar Jindal
Head of Content UK & Ireland
Amazon Prime Video
Tushar Jindal is Head of Content for Amazon Prime Video UK & Ireland, where he leads the platform’s content strategy and growth. He oversees a diverse slate of Prime Video’s acquisitions and co-productions, spanning exclusive and original scripted and unscripted TV series, theatrical and independent films, documentaries including sports, true-crime and library content, while collaborating closely with Amazon Studios UK on original programming.
Since joining Amazon in 2017, Jindal has held a range of senior roles across the Prime Video business. He began his journey with Prime Video Store and has held roles across both marketing and content.
As Head of TV Acquisitions and, more recently, Head of Movies for Prime Video, he was instrumental in shaping a compelling content slate including British programming, and strengthening Prime Video’s competitive presence in both the UK and international markets.

Alison Lomax
Managing Director
YouTube UK & Ireland
As MD for YouTube UK & Ireland, Alison Lomax is responsible for working with Government & Policy Makers and partnering with creators, brands and the music industry to ensure that YouTube remains at the forefront of the creator economy.
Lomax has spent her career at the intersection of technology and creativity, both in the public sector working for Government departments including MI5 and Foreign office and in advertising agencies before joining Google in 2011 where she led various commercial & creative teams. She started her current role at YouTube in January 2023.
Inside and outside of Google, she is a diversity champion, a member of WACL (Women in Advertising & Communications, Leadership), was Director of Trans in the City and played an integral role in the acceleration of women’s football as a Trustee for her local grassroots club, Berkhamsted Raiders (2019-2023).

Jane Stiller
Chief Viewer Officer

Jane Stiller is the Chief Viewer Officer at ITV where she leads all aspects of the ITV viewer experience bringing together brand, marketing, insights, digital products, subscription and distribution teams to grow audiences and revenue.
Her work seems to be paying off – ITVX achieved 1bn streams in a quarter for the first time this year with standout performances across multiple genres including soaps, drama, reality TV and sports.
Stiller joined ITV in 2019 as Director of Media and was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in 2020 before being named in her current role in 2024.
Prior to joining ITV, she worked across retail and consumer goods in marketing and digital roles for Marks and Spencer, Innocent and Mars.

David Gibbs

David Gibbs is a highly experienced leader helping shape the future of global sports streaming at Warner Bros Discovery.
As SVP, Global Sports Product, he has played a central role in transforming how audiences experience live sport—most notably through the Paris 24 Olympic Games and the launch of TNT Sports into the UK market. Gibbs led the multi-platform delivery of WBD’s record-breaking Olympic coverage across Europe, setting new standards for digital reach, product excellence, and fan engagement on HBO Max and Discovery+.
Previously at Sky and Comcast, Gibbs built one of Europe’s largest digital sports networks and helped launch pioneering streaming products including Sky Go, Sky Glass and Sky Stream. He has driven innovation across OTT and broader digital sports products, ad tech and global platforms , blending deep commercial acumen with a clear focus on the local fan and their evolving behaviours.
Gibbs continues to influence the industry at the intersection of technology, sport, and premium content—delivering products that scale, connect, and entertain sports fans globally.

Kerry Ball
Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer
Britbox International
Kerry Ball is a strategic and visionary entertainment executive and is Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer at Britbox International. This pivotal role has allowed Britbox to accelerate it’s growth trajectory, expand distribution, identify growth opportunities, forge commercial partnerships and drive innovation across key markets including the US, Canada, Australia and Nordics.
With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of content and technology, she has worked across Networks, Studios, Streamers, Super Indies and Start-ups, always focusing on the next emerging growth area and optimising across the whole content value chain.
Leaning into new business models from the outset, at NBCU Ball devised and launched the first EST/DTO services in the world, structured the first NBCU SVOD deals internationally with Netflix and Amazon and then established global digital team at Shine International. On joining Discovery International, she launched the first Amazon Channels deals in Europe and went on to co-found/develop Aurra Studios, Loud Minds and Struum, before joining Britbox in 2022.
Ball holds an MA from Cambridge University and an MBA from Anderson School at UCLA.

Warren Dias

Warren Dias is a streaming TV advertising leader with over 26 years’ experience in commercial roles across streaming, digital, and broadcast television. His career has consistently placed him at the intersection of media and technology — a combination that has become his true passion.
Over the past two years, Dias has led the UK Advertising team at Netflix, where he and his team introduced innovative ad solutions and opened up new opportunities for UK advertisers. Under his leadership, Netflix Ads has become a meaningful player in the TV advertising space, significantly influencing the VOD/AV landscape.
His broader experience spans client leadership, team building, and strategic partnerships in roles at blue-chip companies including Google, Microsoft, NBCUniversal, Yahoo!, Channel 4, and ITV. This blend of UK broadcast and US tech expertise gives him a unique perspective on the industry.
Based in West London with his wife Rachel, Dias is an avid traveller, tennis player, and film enthusiast — interests that align neatly with his working life!

Liz Bales

Liz Bales is the CEO of Digital Entertainment Group International (DEGI) and British Association for Screen Entertainment (BASE). She works closely with member companies to align shared goals and drive international growth in the film and TV industry, using collaborative insights and creative campaigns.
Under Bales’s leadership, BASE and DEGI have led impactful initiatives across Europe and Asia-Pacific. These efforts have boosted audience engagement and revenue, built a strong sense of industry community and sparked new partnerships across the sector.
Bales is passionate about effective leadership and skilled in managing people and change. She’s currently leading a major expansion of member services, including a host of talent development programmes all devised to help stakeholders navigate today’s fast-changing global entertainment landscape.
With deep expertise in intellectual property and copyright issues, Bales also has a strong background in driving behavioural change.

Sarah Rose
President of 5 & Regional Lead
Paramount
Sarah Rose is President of 5 and UK Regional Lead. Based in London, she reports to Pam Kaufmann, President & CEO, International Markets, at Paramount. She oversees 5’s linear and streaming business in the UK, as well as maintaining commercial oversight of Paramount’s Pay TV brands – MTV, comedy Central and Nickelodeon – in the region.
Rose joined Paramount’s senior leadership team in 2020 and has been a driving force behind the commercial success of the company’s free-to-air portfolio in the UK, as well as the launch of Paramount’s streaming business in Canada.
In her previous role as Paramount’s Chief Operating & Commercial Officer for UK Broadcast & International Studios, Rose was responsible for key UK business functions and played a key role in devising and implementing strategy across Paramount’s free-to-air, BVOD and pay TV brands. For Paramount’s International Studio business, Rose also led all commercial and operational activity across its network of creative hubs.
Rose joined Paramount from Channel 4, where she was Chief Consumer and Strategy Officer on the Executive Team, responsible for Corporate Strategy, Consumer Insight and Data Science. She originally joined to helm the launch of Channel 4’s VOD service (All4) before moving to lead Commercial and Business Development.
Rose started her career as a graduate on ITV’s fast-track management scheme, eventually assuming the role of General Manager of ITV’s Digital Channels
She holds an MA in English and French from the University of Oxford and completed INSEAD’s Executive Management Course.
